LOS ANGELES, Cal, Aug. 17/2023 – Dashboard.Earth has released a beta version of their free mobile app, which connects Angelenos to the readily available solutions, resources, and incentives the public needs to build a more climate resilient Los Angeles.

We hope that by showing Angelenos their impact, their climate community in action, and the financial value of their everyday choices, we can realize LA’s epic goals of 95% reduction in waste to landfill, net zero emissions, 7 degrees of cooling and much more!”
Dashboard.Earth has indexed the “keystone” climate actions and incentives to help make Los Angeles safer from climate threats. This library of actions was built as a public resource in partnership with dozens of climate experts, nonprofits, community groups, climate researchers, and institutions, such as Accelerate Resilience Los Angeles, Surfrider, TreePeople, Nature for All, Promesa Boyle Heights and LA Waterkeeper. The good news is, the future of Los Angeles can be cooler, greener, more prosperous and abundant if a critical mass of Angelenos takes key actions in our homes and yards:
On the Dashboard.Earth app, Angelenos can find personalized resources, actions, and rewards tailored to their interests and neighborhoods. Whether you’re looking for free trees, to learn how to garden or compost, fun climate activities for the family, or to lower your bills with rebates and incentives, Dashboard.Earth is for you. The app also connects users with critical information they need to stay safe during extreme weather events, such as heat waves, as they become increasingly common in LA.
